Jesus Christ is Lord of All

Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him. Ps 2:12

Beloved, ye that did CLEAVE unto the Lord your God are alive every one of you this day (Deut 4:4)! When Barnabas came to the early saints, he saw the grace of God to them, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would CLEAVE unto the Lord (Acts 11:22-23). We shalt FEAR the Lord our God; Him shalt we SERVE, and to Him shall we CLEAVE, and swear by His Name (Deut 10:20). For if we shall diligently KEEP all these commandments which He has commanded us, to do them, to LOVE the Lord our God, to WALK in all His ways, and to CLEAVE to Him; then will the Lord drive out all these nations, yes, those very fleshly lusts that war against our souls, and we shall possess greater nations and mightier than ourselves (1 Pet 2:11). For we have been blessed with all Spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Eph 1:3)! Every place wheron the soles of our feet shall tread shall be ours; from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost seas shall our coast be. For whoever believes in Him, rivers of living water will flow from within them (John 7:38)! There shall no man be able to stand before us; for the Lord our God shall lay the fear of us and the dread of us upon all the land that we shall tread upon, as He hath said unto us. For we who love Him, we know that in all things God works for our good; we have been called, foreknown, and predestined according to His purpose to be conformed to the Image of the Son, justified, and glorified. What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all—how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things? (Rom 8:28-32Deut 11:22-25)

Beloved, it is the Lord our God we must FOLLOW, and Him we must REVERE! We must keep His commands and obey Him; serve Him and HOLD FAST to Him! (Deut 13:3) We must love the Lord our God, listen to His voice, and HOLD FAST to Him. For our Lord is our LIFE! (Deut 30:20) We must be very careful to keep the commandments and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave us: to love the Lord our God, to walk in obedience to Him, to keep His commands, to HOLD FAST to Him and to serve Him with all our heart and with all our soul (Josh 22:5) We are to HOLD FAST to the Lord our God, as we have until now. O HOLD FAST to His statutes! He is the Lord! We will then not be put to shame. (Ps 119:31Grace be with all them that love the Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity! Amen! (Eph 4:24)If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema! Maranatha! (1 Cor 16:22)

The dragon has went off to wage war against God’s offspring—those who keep God’s commands and HOLD FAST their testimony of Jesus (Rev 12:17)! May we not come among these nations, the wickedness of this present world, neither make mention of the names of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow ourselves unto them: but let us CLEAVE unto the Lord our God, as we have done unto this day. For the Lord hath driven out before us great nations and strong: but as for us, no man hath been able to stand before us unto this day. One man of us shall chase a thousand: for the Lord our God, He it is that fighteth for us, as He hath promised us. For we are His children! We are from God and have overcome these spirits of the antichrist, because greater is He that is in us than he that in in the world, that prince of the power of the air that now worketh in the children of disobedience (1 John 4:4Eph 2:2)! We must take good heed therefore unto ourselves, that we love the Lord our God. Else if we do in any wise go back, and CLEAVE unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among us, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to us. O may we know this for a certainty: the Lord our God will no more drive out any of these nations from before us; but they shall be SNARES and TRAPSunto us, and SCOURGES in our sides, and THORNS in our eyes, until we PERISH from off this good land which the Lord our God has given us! (Josh 23:8-13)

Dear saints, He will enable us to CLEAVE to Him! For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so He has caused to CLEAVE to Himself the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the Lord; that they might be unto Him for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: may we not be as those who would not hear and so perished! (Jer 13:11) So let our love be without dissimulation, abhor what is evil; CLEAVE to that which is good (Rom 12:9). Therefore, brethren, let us stand fast, and HOLD the traditions which we have been taught by the Lord, His Word, and His saints, let us remember, therefore, how we have received and heard; hold it fast and repent, lest we fail to keep watch, He come like a thief, and we be unaware of what hour He will come upon us (2 Thess 2:15Rev 3:3)!

Fury is not in Him: who would set the briers and thorns against Him in battle? He would go through them and burn them together. Or let us take hold of His strength, that we may make peace with Him; and we SHALL make peace with Him! (Is 27:4-5O, let us kiss the Son lest we be cursed! Let us draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to us. May we cleanse our hands and purify our hearts for we have sinned and we have been double-minded (James 4:8). For evil shall slay the wicked;and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The Lord redeemeth the souls of His servants; none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate! (Ps 34:21-22)

Lord, help us to CLEAVE to You forever! Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Heb 4:16)! For whither shall we go from His Spirit? Or whither shall we flee from His presence? If we ascend up into heaven, He is there: if we make our bed in hell, behold, He is there. If we take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there shall His hand lead us, and His right hand shall hold us. If we say “Surely the darkness shall cover us” even the night shall be light about us! Yea the darkness hideth not from Thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to Thee! (Ps 139:7-12)

23 Nevertheless I am continually with Thee: Thou hast holden me by my right hand. 24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. 25 Whom have I in heaven but Thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside Thee. 26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. 27 For, lo, they that are far from Thee shall perish: Thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from Thee. 28 But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Thy works. (Ps 73)
